Last year, I started a oil painting series where famous people of faith are portrayed as characters in the most well-known bible stories. The series started with painting Beyoncé as Eve in this genesis work that I call the Fall. The next painting is about Noah and the Ark. In this second painting, I chose Robin Williams as Noah. Because RobinWilliams is my favourite actor of all time. His death hit close to home and it was the first time that I felt that sad over a celebrity’s death. So I want to remember him in this work. Traveling Alaska: Sled Dog Kennel at Chena Hot Springs Resort

In this video, we went to Chena Hot Springs Resort, enjoying the hot springs, visiting the sled dog kennel and Aurora Ice Museum. I am also sharing some very interesting facts about sled dogs, for example, differences between Alaskan Husky and Siberian Husky, which breeds of dog have been working as sled dogs, sled dog races, etc. Most importantly, this video contains incredibly cute footages of me holding two puppy dogs at the same time. I admit, the dogs are cuter than me. This is definitely the highlight of my trip in Alaska. In a series of videos, I will be sharing the best of my awesome Alaska adventure in 2019. In this first video, we went from Anchorage to Fairbanks, seeing the highest mountain in North America, Mount Denali. We also saw Aurora or Northern Light in Fairbanks. On our second day, we drove 10 hours to the edge of the Arctic circle on the most dangerous highway in the world, Dalton Highway. We received the full Arctic experience. It was an once in a life time experience that I will never forget! Oil Painting: Jesus in Gethsemane

This is my version of the Prince of Peace. But I don’t claim that I know how Jesus really looks like. This project started on December 24th, 2020. It depicts the sorrow in Gethsemane right before Jesus was about to go on the Cross for the sin of this world. Jesus was in distress. Even as the Son of God, He experienced fear and doubts. Nonetheless, He surrendered His own will to Father God. In this video, I am also sharing my testimony of how I miraculously survived from my suicide attempt. During my depression days, everyone tried to talk me out of my suicidal desires. I heard all the inspirational quotes in the world. They all thought that I wanted to commit suicide because I had a broken heart. They all wanted me to “get over it” as if I really had a control over my thoughts. After someone just ended their life, the biggest question is "WHY?" They must have a reason to do it. Right?! . . . Well, not really.
